New Guitar Album
Udi Glaser’s new album, Love Blue Electric, is a celebration of guitar music: from tracks with gushing rivers of guitars to more gentle and atmospheric soundscapes, that feature his unique guitar tone. The album blends and explores various genres, such as alternative rock, post-rock, and dream pop. Classical and world music influences can also be found, similar to his debut album ‘Through The Glass’ released in 2009.
“The inspiration for this album began with purchasing a rare model of a blue ocean Gibson Les Paul – I saw a photo of it online and fell in love.” says Udi. “It took me ages to find it, and without even playing a single note I knew that it would provide great timbre and melodies. Then when I got it finally, all I had to do was to dive deep and uncover these hidden treasures which became this album.”
In Love Blue Electric Udi collaborated with renowned musicians, such as drummer Alex Reeves (Elbow, Dizzee Rascal, Bat For Lashes), and producer Paul Cousins (Decca Records, Blind Boys of Alabama, Muck Spreader).
The album was recorded and mixed at BSMNT, Love Electric, and Udio Studios in London and mastered by Pete Maher (U2, The Rolling Stones, Lana Del Rey).
